These terms govern your use of Aitho ("the Service"), operated by No Common Measure LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them.
Aitho lets you import a presentation, generate or write a speaker script, and present it with a voice-following teleprompter and an optional private question-and-answer assistant. Features may change or improve over time.
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Do not share access in a way that exceeds your plan, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You keep all ownership of the presentations, scripts, and documents you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us only the limited license needed to host, process, render, and display Your Content in order to provide the Service to you. We do not sell Your Content and we do not use it to train models.
When you use AI features (such as drafting a script or answering questions), the relevant slide and document content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response, and returned to you. AI output can be inaccurate — review it before relying on it.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). On the web, plans are purchased through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel with Stripe. On iPhone and iPad, Pro and Presenter Pro are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase: payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm, the subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you manage or cancel it in your App Store subscriptions under Apple's terms. Your subscription belongs to your Aitho account: sign in with the same account on the web, iPhone, iPad, or Android and your plan is recognized there. Deleting your Aitho account does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, access ordinarily continues through the paid period, subject to the provider's terms. Prices may change on renewal with reasonable notice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Common Measure LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or to protect the Service. On termination you may request export or deletion of Your Content.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
This describes what we collect, why, and who processes it on our behalf.
Only to provide, secure, and improve the Service: to render your slides, drive the teleprompter, generate AI drafts and answers you request, process your subscription, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use Your Content to train AI models.
We keep Your Content until you delete it or close your account. Deleting a deck in the app moves it to a trash where it can be restored for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted; you can also permanently delete a trashed deck sooner from Recently deleted. You can request full deletion of your account and content at any time by emailing help@aitho.app. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription or stop renewal; manage or cancel your subscription where you bought it — Stripe's billing portal for web purchases (Manage billing), or your App Store subscriptions for purchases made on iPhone or iPad.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), access is restricted, and the Service is protected behind authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
We want you to be happy with Aitho.
Eligible refunds for web purchases are returned to the original payment method through Stripe; App Store refunds are issued by Apple.
