These terms govern your use of Aitho ("the Service"), operated by No Common Measure LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them.
Aitho lets you import a presentation, generate or write a speaker script, and present it with a voice-following teleprompter and an optional private question-and-answer assistant. Features may change or improve over time.
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Do not share access in a way that exceeds your plan, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You keep all ownership of the presentations, scripts, and documents you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us only the limited license needed to host, process, render, and display Your Content in order to provide the Service to you. We do not sell Your Content and we do not use it to train models.
When you use AI features (such as drafting a script or answering questions), the relevant slide and document content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response, and returned to you. AI output can be inaccurate — review it before relying on it.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues through the end of the paid period. Prices may change on renewal with reasonable notice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Common Measure LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or to protect the Service. On termination you may request export or deletion of Your Content.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
This describes what we collect, why, and who processes it on our behalf.
Only to provide, secure, and improve the Service: to render your slides, drive the teleprompter, generate AI drafts and answers you request, process your subscription, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use Your Content to train AI models.
We keep Your Content until you delete it or close your account. You can delete a deck at any time from within the app, and you can request full deletion of your account and content by emailing support@aitho.app.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), access is restricted, and the Service is protected behind authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
We want you to be happy with Aitho.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe.
